At Microblading Expert & Permanent Makeup by Valentina, we deeply value the time and commitment of both our clients and our artists. To ensure a seamless experience, we operate strictly by appointment only. We kindly ask that you review and follow our policies.

Late Policy

Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our location [HERE] and plan ahead for traffic. To ensure your visit is smooth and stress-free, we recommend arriving at least 20 minutes early to avoid being late. Be sure to allocate enough time for the full duration of your appointment.

Late Arrival Policy:

Respecting Everyone’s Time: We have a strict no-tolerance policy for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a no-show, and your deposit will be forfeited.
For Complimentary Appointments: If you arrive late for a complimentary appointment, it will no longer be complimentary, and a deposit will be required to reschedule.

CANCELLATIONS/ RESCHEDULING POLICY

We kindly ask for at least 72 hours’ notice (3 business days) if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Please note that we are closed on Sundays, so plan accordingly.

If changes are made with less than 72 hours’ notice, your deposit or payment will be forfeited. Additionally, a new deposit will be required to book a new appointment.

APPOINTMENT/ CONSULTATION POLICY

A separate consultation appointment is not required prior to your initial procedure. However, if for any reason your procedure cannot proceed at the time of your scheduled appointment, a consultation fee will be applied.

GUESTS POLICY

Due to the nature of our detailed treatments, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing children or pets into the studio.

This ensures a calm and focused environment for both clients and artists. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

SERVICE DEPOSITS

A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be charged to the credit card provided through Square during the online booking process. It serves as confirmation of your commitment to the appointment and will be applied toward the total cost of your session. The remaining balance will be due on the day of your appointment. Thank you for understanding!

COMPLIMENTARY SESSIONS

Initial procedure appointments include a complimentary touch-up session, which must be scheduled between 6 to 8 weeks after your first session. Appointments booked beyond 8 weeks will no longer be complimentary and will incur an additional fee.

While a complimentary touch-up is not mandatory or necessary for every client, it is available for those who may benefit from a follow-up.

Please note that healing can vary, and if additional touch-up appointments are required, standard fees will apply. Thank you for understanding!

FUTURE TOUCH UPS FOR RETURN CLIENTS

The touch-up price is based on the time since your last paid appointment. Please note that this appointment does not include a complimentary touch-up. Thank you for choosing Microblading Expert & Permanent Makeup by Valentina for your continued care!

Microblading and all permanent cosmetics involve a multi-step process, and healed results will vary for each client. While we strive to provide the best possible service, results cannot be guaranteed, and additional sessions (at an additional cost) may be necessary to achieve your desired outcome.

It’s important to understand that many factors influence the healing process, as each client heals differently. To ensure the best results for your new brows, please carefully follow all Pre-Appointment Restrictions and Aftercare Instructions. These guidelines are designed to minimize bleeding and skin sensitivity during the procedure. Excessive bleeding can dilute or expel pigment, potentially affecting the final outcome.
