REFUND & RETURN POLICY
We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. To ensure clarity and fairness, please review our product return and refund guidelines below.
1. Items Not Eligible for Return
● Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items, including pigments, cosmetics, and aftercare products.
● All sales on clearance or promotional items are final.
2. Eligible Returns
● Unopened, unused products in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
● Items must be securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.
● Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
● A small restocking fee (up to 20%) may apply for returned merchandise.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
● If your package arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
● Be sure to include photos of the item and packaging so we can quickly review and assist.
● Once approved, we’ll gladly replace the item or issue store credit.
4. Exchanges
● Exchanges are only available for items that arrived damaged or defective.
● Please contact our support team within 7 days to arrange this.
5. Order Cancellations
● Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled if it has already entered processing.
● The only exception is for items on backorder that have not yet shipped.
6. Shipping & Handling
● Standard and expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
● Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders (see current promotions).
● Customers are responsible for fees related to refused deliveries or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
7. Gift Cards
● All gift card sales are final.
● Gift cards may only be used toward purchases in our shop and cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. How to Start a Return or Report a Problem
To request a return or report a damaged/defective item, email us at support@valentinamicroblading.com with the following:
● Your order number
● A brief description of the issue
● Photos of the item (if applicable)
Our team will review your request and respond with the next steps.

Valentina Microblading reserves the right to update or revise this policy at any time without prior notice. By placing an order, you agree to the most current version of our policies.
